Wow. So our house has been on the market for almost two full days. We've had three showings so far, which is pretty sweet. One realtor left feedback that our house "shows well" and his clients will be deciding today if they want to rent our house or another one they looked at in the neighborhood. It's so unnerving to know that someone is walking through your home while you're not there. (In case any of you have never bought/sold/rented private property- that's how it's done. Owners aren't supposed to hang around and watch people walk through it.)
So yeah, we're hopeful.
Meanwhile in North Carolina, Rob is getting paperwork set up for our new digs. We've decided to rent an apartment. We won't be around long enough to go through the headache of a house, etc. Plus after all the home improvement we've done in the last year, we LOVE the idea of using a phone to fix EVERYTHING.
