This weekend was Summit's Christmas Party (we always have them in January because everyone is too busy in December). They took us out to McCormick and Schmicks in Baltimore and we had a great time (except for the part where Laura and Rob danced a "jig" in the elevator on the way back to our hotel rooms at 1am. Did you know elevators basically just shut down when that happens? yeah, they do. And the hotel calls the fire department. And then when they get you out, you get to walk the remaining seven flights up the stairs to your room. You know, just FYI.)
Anyway, Karen - one of my BFF's from Virginia, came up to watch Anna overnight so we could stay at the aforementioned hotel. Little did we know Anna had the stomach flu and the two of them were up all night while Anna's tummy 'cleared itself' rather thoroughly using both possible options. (sparing you the details). We are down to our very last clean crib sheet. I think Rob set fire to the other ones.... I think the best was when I checked Karen's facebook page and it said "Karen is NEVER having a second child!!!" hahaha.
(Here's our fearless friend with Anna Banana).
Anyway, Anna still has the flu but I think she's getting better. Thanks Karen for all your help! (And the pacifier trick. It works EVERY time!) Your blog still doesn't link up, by the way....
GO EAGLES!!!

It was my pleasure! We'll just have to find another time when we can play and not puke! :-)
